Different priorities produce genuinely different winners. Pick the axis that matters to you — nothing here is a hand-picked list, every ranking comes straight from the category scores.
How these lists are built
Membership is derived, not curated. “Voice” contains every platform where we confirmed voice actually exists; “Budget-friendly” uses observed monthly spend including credits, not the advertised price, so a $9 sticker that really costs $60 doesn't appear in it. Order comes from the relevant published category score. When a retest moves a score, these lists re-sort themselves — nobody edits them by hand. See methodology.
About the “By personality/theme” group
These tags describe character archetypes a platform's personas support — anime style, yandere, femdom, furry, harem, dominant/submissive dynamics — because “roleplay” alone doesn't answer what a lot of readers are actually searching for. They're editorial characterization set when a review is written, not individually sourced facts, and they're deliberately not an explicit-content or NSFW-support indicator — this site reviews within a non-explicit environment, and we're not going to blur that by grading platforms on explicit capability. If a theme you'd expect isn't listed, that's a gap worth telling us about rather than us guessing at a taxonomy nobody validated.
