What this site is
CompanionsArena publishes independent testing, comparison and reference information about AI companion products. It is not affiliated with, and does not speak on behalf of, any platform it reviews. See About for how testing is actually done and by whom.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. The products reviewed here are adult-oriented companion services; this site itself does not display explicit content, but the subject matter is adults-only. See our content policy for the full position.
What we publish, and its limits
Scores, comparisons and compliance observations reflect evidence available at the stated last verified date — see methodology for how scores are computed and our corrections policy for what happens when something turns out to be wrong. Nothing here is:
- legal advice — the compliance tracker reports documented indicators, not a legal determination that a platform is or isn't compliant
- financial or purchasing advice
- a guarantee that a platform's pricing, features or policies haven't changed since our last check
- an endorsement — a high score reflects our tested evidence, not a business relationship
Accuracy and your responsibility
We work to keep facts sourced and dated (see methodology), and every fact page shows when it was last checked. Products change quickly. Before paying for anything, verify current pricing and terms directly with the platform — a link is provided on every review for exactly that.
Affiliate relationships
We don't currently earn commission from any platform we review. If affiliate links are ever added, they will be labelled where they appear, per our affiliate disclosure. Commercial relationships would never influence scores; see methodology for how that's enforced.
Intellectual property
The scoring methodology, arithmetic, editorial text and site design are our own work. Platform names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only for identification and honest comparison — a use permitted under comparative-advertising and fair-use principles in most jurisdictions, including the EU.
Reproducing our work
The scenario pack (the test prompts themselves) is deliberately published for anyone to run and check — see the scenario pack. You're welcome to quote our findings with attribution and a link back. Wholesale reproduction of our scores, tables or editorial text without attribution isn't permitted.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every fact is current at the moment you read it — that's exactly why every fact carries a verified date instead of an implicit claim of being always up to date.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be noted on the updates page.
